Yes! Pickup is available by appointment. As Royal Feast is a home-based business, pickup arrangements and timing will be confirmed once your order is booked. Please arrive only at your scheduled pickup time, as we are unable to accommodate unscheduled or walk-in pickups.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions or allergies. Our food is prepared in an environment where common allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

Yes. Royal Feast operates as a home-based food business and has completed the required health inspection, and our food preparation is handled by a certified Food Handler. We take food safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling seriously in every order we prepare.

For charcuterie boxes, full payment is required by e-transfer to confirm your order.

For grazing tables, small bites, and charcuterie boards, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one day before your event.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Our boxes are carefully curated with a set selection of items. Minor substitutions may be possible depending on availability; however, full customization may not always be available.

Ingredients and presentation may vary slightly depending on seasonal and product availability. When necessary, an item may be substituted with a similar product of equal quality and value.

Yes! Royal Feast works with professional florist LUX FLOWER to offer floral arrangements as an optional addition to your order. Flowers can be incorporated into a grazing table setup, or you can add a flower bouquet or floral box to complement one of our charcuterie boxes. Please mention your floral request in the inquiry form, and we’ll confirm available options and pricing.
